Novchem 2000RP is a solvent free industrial spray cleaning chemistry. It is biodegradable water based very low foam product for spray cabinets and continuous lines. Novchem 2000RP is alkaline, non-caustic and provides rust protection for iron and steel components. Used in many applications demanding removal of heavy metalworking contaminants and build up.
NOVCHEM 2000RP is used in spray parts washers to clean or pre-clean aluminum, copper, brass, ferrous metals, and other nonferrous metals, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium, nickel and chromium alloys, glass, plastics, silicon wafers and ceramics. It cavitates well with ultrasonic and is ideal to be used in machines equipped with ultrasonic transducers.
Effective in removing tenacious contaminants, heavy oils, waxes, greases, carbon deposits, metal working fluids, buffing, polishing, mold release compounds , lubricants, light silicon oils, stamping oils, road soils, shop and environmental contaminants and fingerprints.
Novchem 2000RP is very unique in suspending carbon particles and other contaminants. It splits oil very easily and effectively. Both properties make it ideal to last in operation for long time using the proper filtration and oil separation.
Typical parts being cleaned are new and used automotive parts, castings, compressors, fuel nozzles, springs, engine parts, fuel pumps, iron castings and machined parts, carbide inserts and drill bits, precision springs, valves, heat exchangers, medical and dental implants, surgical instruments, punches and molding dies.
NOVCHEM 2000RP is compatible with most metals, plastics, rubber, glass and ceramics.

NOVCHEM 2000RP is used at typical dilution of 4 -6% by volume in water in ultrasonic cleaning applications. A 10% by volume is recommended for removing heavy contaminants. Recommended operating temperatures: 105°-125°F (40°- ~ 50°C ).
NOVCHEM 2000RP is supplied in concentrated form. Aavailable in 5 gallons, 30 gallon and in 55 gallon drums.
Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and Local Government rules & regulations.
